ETSI Personnel began as Environmental Temporary Services Inc in NY State in 1993.  Our primary focus at that time was recruiting and placing professionals in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, consulting, Environmental, Health and Safety and the food industry, into full time and contract positions.  Bill Zajac our Vice President and founder has over 25 years of experience as an Environmental Engineer. Jackie Zajac our President  focuses her skills on recruiting the best technical and professional candidates and matches them with the best companies. She is currently concentrating on the Aerospace Industry. Both remain ETSI’s primary recruiters.

The recruiting business has expanded to include professionals and managers of all disciplines but engineering and highly technical persons remain our specialty.

Although ETSI is an independent professional recruiting company, we are affiliated Top Echelon Network.  This expanded network of independent recruiting firms has the effect of dramatically widening our pool of potential candidates that can be matched with job openings. The positions are located throughout the United States.

More recently we have expanded our firm to include Michelle Capalbo who specializes in medical personnel.  Michelle is a licensed and practicing Physical Therapist and bring tremendous insight into the world of medical recruiting. 

Our internet presence is also improving and we have just introduced a new user friendly interface for both our clients and our candidates and we welcome new users to our web site every day.
